Russian model and actress Alexandra Djavi has been found hanging from the roof of a house in North Goa.
The 24-year-old actress was found hanging from the ceiling of her inner room last Friday.
She had been living in this house with her boyfriend.
Goa police said in the initial investigation it seems that she has committed suicide but they are waiting for the post-mortem report.
According to the police, Alexander was mentally stressed.
For the past few days, she has been taking regular medication.
Goa police have asked the Russian embassy to start legal proceedings. He assured the embassy that the post-mortem report would come soon.
Alexander had lodged a sexual harassment complaint against a photographer with the Chennai police in 2019.
She claimed that the photographer had expressed sexual desire instead of taking pictures.
After the death of the actress, Chennai Police has assured all possible help to Goa Police.
Alexander had acted in the Tamil film ‘Kanchana 3’.
In Raghav Lawrence’s film, she played the role of a witch named Rosie.
