Anil has shared two pictures on his official Twitter account. It has a film poster and in the second picture he is seen with Sridevi, Urmila and his brother and film’s producer Boney Kapoor. Along with the pictures, he wrote- ‘It was not easy for me to decide to work in separation at that time, but I am happy that I chose it. I was paired with two very beautiful women – Shree and Urmila, and I still remember how nervous I was dancing with Shreeji and Urmila. Both are wonderful dancers. Today, after 26 years, when I think of the film and all those memories, a smile comes on my face.

The film ‘Judai’ was released in the year 1997. Its story is based on a married woman. In the greed of money, she gets her husband married to another woman. In this, Anil Kapoor played the role of a middle class engineer, who marries first Sridevi in the movie and then with Urmila Matondkar under compulsion.
‘Judai’ was directed by Raj Kanwar. It was an official remake of the 1994 Telugu film Shubhaglanam, starring Jagapathi Babu, Aamni and Roja in lead roles. The film was produced by Boney Kapoor. Amitabh Bachchan gave voice to the narration of the film. The film was successful at the box office at that time.
