Singer Bhuban Badyakar, who sold peanuts while singing ‘Kachha Badam’, was also made an overnight star by social media. Many music videos were made on his songs. His songs were sung in different languages. Bhuban got popularity from the song ‘Kachha Badam’, but now he is not able to sing his own songs. He says that now he sings this song and posts its video on social media or YouTube, then a copyright notice is sent to him. He is prevented from singing his own song.
Bhuban Badyakar is troubled by such notices he is getting again and again. According to Aaj Tak’s report, Bhuban says that he is saddened by the copyright notice. Due to getting the notice, he is not able to sing the song and he is not getting any show. He said, “A person had given him Rs 3 lakh and said that he would play this song on his YouTube channel.”

Bhuban Badyakar said that now whenever he sings this song and posts it, the copyright claim notice comes and he comes to know that its copyright has already been bought. That person had got many documents signed while giving money. Describing himself as illiterate, Bhuban said that he did not understand what was written on the papers.

Badyakar accused Bhuban of taking advantage of that person. Bhuban is not able to sing his own song just because of copyright. Nor are they earning. He is very sad because of this. His financial condition has started deteriorating again. After earning popularity and money, he was going to get his house built, but now he has no money and he is hungry for food.
