CPN-UML Chairperson KP Sharma Oli has claimed that the current government cannot bring Melamchi water to Kathmandu.
Addressing the UML’s Kathmandu Metropolitan level program on Saturday, Oli said that no one but UML could bring Melamchi water.
Stating that his government is preparing to bring water by next April even after the floods in Melamchi, Oli said that the current government will not be able to bring water in April.
He said, “After the election, UML will win and bring Melamchi Back.” others won’t be able to bring Melamchi. ‘
Oli claimed that the government led by him had allocated a budget for road maintenance to Melamchi but the current government had cut it.
