US Assistance Project (MCC) Vice President Fatima Sumar is returning from a four-day visit to Nepal today.
She had come to Kathmandu last Thursday when there were differences among the political parties over the MCC approval in Nepal.
During her four-day visit, she met Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and UML Chairman KP Oli. Though the MCC project was discussed during the meeting, Nepal has not been able to give a concrete opinion.
