Model and artist Nisha Ghimire, who was undergoing treatment at Norvic Hospital, has died.
She died at 6:51 pm on Wednesday while undergoing treatment, the hospital said in a statement.
“We are deeply saddened by the death of Model Ghimire, who was treated in the hospital’s CCU and despite all the efforts made by Norvic,” said Ajay Mishra, chief executive officer of Norvic Hospital.
Nisha, who was injured in the accident, was rescued by Norvic Hospital on June 10 while she was at home in critical condition. After being rescued, the hospital started providing free treatment.
Her condition did not improve even after continuous treatment. She was kept in the CCU with constant oxygen support.
Food was also fed through pipes and even the wounds on her body could not be healed for a long time.
The condition had worsened since Wednesday morning after Ghimire’s heart and kidneys stopped working.
