Due to the effect of the low-pressure system, light to moderate rainfall is expected in most parts of the country for the next three days.
Meteorologist at the Department of Water and Meteorology, Min Kumar Aryal, said that there is a possibility of rain in most parts of the country till Saturday as the monsoon low-pressure line is south of the average place along with the impact of the low-pressure area around Madhya Pradesh in India. “There is a possibility of heavy rain in one or two places in Lumbini and Far-Western region today,” he said.
It has been pointed out that there is light to moderate rain in some places of Lumbini and Gandaki and one or two places in the rest of the country. In the afternoon, light to moderate rainfall with thunderstorms is expected in many parts of Lumbini, Gandaki, Karnali, and Far Western Provinces, and heavy rain is also expected in one or two places in Lumbini and Far Western Province.
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain with thundershowers/thunderstorms in Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and many other places in the far western region.
According to the latest details of the Weather Forecast Division, the minimum temperature in Kathmandu Valley is 20.0 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature is 24.4 degrees Celsius.
Similarly, the minimum temperature of Jumla is 14.6 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature of Dipayal is 33.5 degrees Celsius.
