Lucknow. An FIR has been lodged against Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan in the capital Lucknow. An FIR has been registered against Gauri Khan under non-bailable section 409 at Sushant Golf City police station in Lucknow. Kirit Jaswant Shah, a resident of Mumbai, has lodged an FIR against Tulsiani Construction and Developers Limited CMD Anil Kumar Tulsiani, Director Mahesh Tulsiani and Brand Ambassador Gauri Khan.
The complainant alleges that he had bought a flat in Tulsiani Golf View in Sushant Golf City area after being influenced by the publicity of brand ambassador Gauri Khan. But even after taking about 86 lakh rupees, the flat was given to someone else. Kirit Jaswant Shah alleges that he reached the office in Sushant Golf City in August 2015 following the words of Gauri Khan. Here he met CMD Anil Kumar Tulsiani and Director Mahesh Tulsiani of Tulsiani Construction and Developers Limited and expressed his desire to buy the flat, he told the price of the flat at 86 lakhs. Also, he was told that by 2016 he would get the flat. After which he deposited Rs 85.46 lakh in his account.
It is alleged that even after giving the money, they have not got the possession yet. During investigation, it was found that the flat he had booked has been transferred to someone else. After which the complainant has given a complaint against three people including Gauri Khan. The police is engaged in the investigation in the matter.
