Police have arrested three persons from Kapilvastu Municipality along with brown sugar.
They were arrested while conducting a check on a road in Kapilbastu Municipality-2, Bardahawa.
The arrested are Rakesh Gupta, 27, of Kapilvastu Municipality-1, his wife Prabhavati Gupta, and his brother Baiju Kumar Gupta, 22.
