The main opposition party CPN-UML has convened a meeting of the parliamentary parties today.
UML Central Office Secretary Sher Bahadur Tamang said that the meeting was convened at 9 am to discuss the agenda to be presented in the parliament session after the convening of the parliament session for today.
The meeting will be held at Lotse Hall of the Parliament Building in New Baneshwor. The meeting will discuss how to present in the parliament, Tamang said.
UML Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota is angry with the UML for not publishing the information of the 14 lawmakers who have been taken action by the UML.
There are indications that the UML’s response will not allow the parliament to proceed smoothly.
The government had brought an ordinance on party split on August 16, ending the session of the parliament.
