West Ham United has climbed to the top of the Premier League after beating Leicester City.

West Ham beat 10-man Leicester 4-1 on Monday night to clinch their second straight victory.

Michael Antonio scored for West Ham in the 80th and 84th minutes of the home game at the London Stadium. Pablo Fornals scored in the 26th minute and Sed Benrahma in the 56th minute.

Leicester’s Youri Tielemans scored a goal in the 69th minute.

Leicester was reduced to 10 men in the 40th minute when Ayoze Perez was sent off for a red card.

West, who is one of the five teams to win the first two games, is at the top with a goal difference.

Chelsea, Liverpool, Brighton, and Tottenham have also added the same six points.

This is Leicester’s first defeat since winning the first game.
