A woman has been arrested from Tulsipur in Dang district on charge of murdering her husband.
Devi Kumari Yogi, 56, of Tulsipur Sub-Metropolis-3 has been arrested on a charge of murdering her husband Khimlal Puri, 78.
According to Area Police Office Tulsipur Chief Deputy Superintendent of Police Shyam Aryal, Devi Kumari had given a statement to the police that her husband was killed using a sickle and a bamboo stick during a domestic dispute at around 3 am on Sunday.
Police said that further investigation is underway into the incident.
